What employers can do to support financially vulnerable employees

For Talk Money Week, we hosted a panel discussion with Money and Pensions Service, PayCaptain and an employee in financial services who has faced, and overcome, various financial challenges.

She is now one of our Money First Aiders and in this session she shares what support really made a difference when she needed it most.

Amongst other things, we discussed:

• Her first hand experience of being in a personal financial crisis

• Breaking down workplace stigma

• Re-thinking the financial needs of employees

• What would make a difference to your employees if they find themselves in financial crisis
